We think fitness equates to overall health and we want our clients to feel as healthy as possible. That's why we want to provide access to other experts in allied fields devoted to helping people feel and perform the best they can in all areas of their lives.
Meet Our Wellness Partners
Joy Bennett owns Bright Yoga. She is a yoga teacher and Reiki Master. Joy began practicing yoga in 1997 and became a registered yoga teacher in 2010.
Marko has 30 years' experience with human movement and performance. He co-directed and taught at BYU’s human anatomy labs and has been a certified massage therapist since 2002.
He is at RSW most Thursday evenings for 20-minute sessions ($20).
Matia is a life coach who specializes in helping you shake off your “shoulds” to create a career and life you love.
She trained at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and is a Certified Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner.
